  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 jalapeño peppers, seeds removed, finely chopped (adjust for spice level)

  • 1-2 limes, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: 1 garlic clove, minced

 

Instructions:
